SWALE CERTIFICATE
4208 RED FOX ROAD
A survey of the finished grades of 4208 Red Fox Road, known as Lot 8, Fox Hills 2nd
Filing was conducted by personnel under my direct supervision on September 21, 2000.
The survey was performed using an assumed elevation on the northeast corner of Lot 8 as
91.5 feet, as shown on the grading plan provided to us.

were verified and noted with the redline clouded figures. Elevations are one foot to a foot
and a half lower than shown on the drainage plan, but drainage directions and relative
slopes remain in general compliance with said plan. Drainage is away from the structure in
a northwesterly and westerly direction towards the street and in a general northerly
direction through a gentle swale in the rear of the house.
1, Mark F. Corbridge, a duly registered Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby
state that this Swale Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots taken by personnel
under my direct supervision, at the described site on September 21, 2000.
