Gentlemen:
'We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the
mvestigation, we meastired elevations at the lot sides and cornets. top of foundation, lowest
apcning, and at several locations on the subject lot.
Our representative noted that the grade break on the south side of the subject lot allowed runuff
ilow to reach the sidewalk to the west and the nverflow swale to the east and southeast of the
subject lot. The residence. to the east of the subject lot (Lot 5) was under conslructiun at the tilliv
of our investigation. Based on our observations, and the information available to this ufficc, flit;
slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the Gtadiuk. Drainage and
Frosion Control Plan completed by Stewart and Associates. Job Number 1551.
Furthern-tore. it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, shuuld not interfere with affsite
(lows unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such as fcuccb, garden terracing,
ti,idewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established flow patterns by diverting or
stowing runoff flow. Baekflll adjacent to the residence illy settle over time and allow ponding
to occur aronnd the foundation walls. The backfill adiat;ent Lu the residence trust be monitored
