This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this
address. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are
as follows:
• Grading -certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Corner lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets
the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility
Plans for Fox Hills, Second Filing, Ft. Collins, CO; by Stewart and Associates, Consulting
Engineers and Surveyors; Project No, 1551; City of Fort Collins approval date 4/22/96.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. Field shots, which were obtained by Shear
Engineering Corporation, are noted on the plan. This is for reference only.
