We have surveyed the "AS BUILT" elevations of the grading, floors and lowest openings,
and have inspected the drainage swales adjacent to the lot.
The lot grading and building elevations are all in compliance with the approved grading
plan, and the construction on the lot has not disturbed the drainage swales.
A plot plan of the lot showing the "AS BUILT" elevations is, attached along with a print of
the approved grading plan.
