Dear Basil,

RECEIVED
APR 17 1996
On April 16, 1996, I checked the grading of the swales behind Lots 34 thru 40 in'Fox-Creek
FirstTF 6g. Also I surveyed as built elevations of the swale flow lime and of the lowest openings
on the garden level residences being constructed on Lots 34, 36, 39 and 40.
Following is a tabulation of the surveyed elevations:
Lot No. Address
34 2525 Fox Run Ct.
36 2513 Fox Run Ct.
39 2500 Fox Run Ct.
40 2506 Fox Run Ct.
Lowest Opening Elev,
5115.8
5115.3
5115.4
5115.4
Adjacent Swale Elev.
5114.0
5112.4
5112.9
5113.2
The lowest opening elevations on Lots 34, 36, 39, and 40 are all more than one foot above the
100 year high water level.
The swales are constructed to the proper slope to provide adequate drainage and the swale
cross sections provide more capacity than is necessary to carry the 100 year flow.
I have attached a copy of a portion of the grading plan on which is shown the surveyed
elevations.
The underdrains in the swales have not been installed yet, but will be done as the landscaping
is completed.
Mr. Jim Manion would like to get C.O.s on these lots for closings scheduled for next week.
Please call if you need more information.
Sincerely,
Phillip I. Robinson, P.E. & L.S.
