1 do hereby certify that on November 19, 1998, the elevations on the above Swale were
taken.
The following are the results of those elevations.
We used the `top of walk' (T.O. W.) at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 as our
benchmark, said designed elevation is 66.7'. The flowline elevation of the concrete
Swale at the East line of said Lot 3 is 65.80'(design elevation 65.7l'). The flowline
elevation of the concrete Swale at the West line of said Lot 3 is 65.66' (design elevation
65.49').
