RE: Swale Certification for 501 Foxglove
Dear Mr. Harridan:
On November 14, 1995 I performed a field observation on the house located at the above
address. The top of foundation appeared to be at an elevation that will allow proper drainage
away from the foundation. I also found a positive slope from the foundation wall to the concrete
drainage swale located along the South property line. The front yard drains onto Foxglove, while
the East side yard drains away from the foundation and toward the lot to the East which is
vacant. There is sufficient fall from the foundation to the street to allow construction of a grass
swale along the Eastern property line.
