Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the side swalee at the above referenced address.
Based upon our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial
conformance with the M grading plan completed by Structured
Engineering, Inc., Job No. 9301-2ND, dated May 31 199.
It is also our opinion that the concrete swale to the south and
east of the property have not been affected by the construction of
the residence. If you have any questions, please feel free to
call.
