RE: Swale Certification for 1407 Wintergreen Way
Dear Mr. Hamdan:
On November 24, 1995 I performed a field observation on the house located at the above
address. The top of foundation appeared to be at an elevation that will allow proper drainage
away from the foundation. I also found a positive slope from the foundation wall to the concrete
drainage swales located along the South and West property lines: The front yard drains onto
Wintergreen Way, while the East side yard drains away from the foundation and toward the lot
to the East which is vacant. There is sufficient fall from the foundation to allow construction
of a grass swale along the Eastern and Northern property lines.
