On November 14, 1995 I performed a field observation on the bottle located at the above
address. The top of foundation appeared to be at an elevation that will allow proper drainage
away from the foundation. I also found a positive slope from the foundation wall to the concrete
drainage swale located along the South pr%mxty line. The front yard drains onto Foxglove, while
the East side yard drains away from the foundation and toward the lot w the East which is
vacant. Tbere is sufficient fall from the foundation to the street to allow construction of a grass
Swale along the Eastern property litre_
