Dear Glen,
A field investigation of lot 2 of,Greenbriar-Village_2nd-Filing'/shows that the
drain pan has been constructed along the rear lot line and that it is in excellent
condition. In addition, final grading along the pan slopes at 4 to 1 to the pan.
Enclosed is a sketch which shows spot elevations around the lot revealing
final grading. The elevations were shot with a hand level.
