RE: Swale Certification for 1542 Bayberry Circle, Perndt No. 957A79
Dear Mr. Hamdan:
On October 11, 1995 I performed a field observation on the house located at the above address.
The top of foundation appeased to be at the designed elevation in accordance with the grading
plan for the subdivision. I also found a positive slope from the foundation wall to the, concrete
drainage swale located along the North and East property line. The front yard onto
Bayberry Circle, while the South side yard drains away from the foundation and r;v d the lot
to the South which is vacant. There is sufficient fall from the foundation to the street to allow
construction of a grass swale along the Southem property line.
