Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the side swales at the above referenced address.
Based upon our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial
conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by Structured
Engineering, Inc., Job No. 9301-2ND, dated May 3, 1994.
It is also our opinion that the concrete swales to the north and
east of the property have not been affected by the construction of
the residence. If you have any questions, please feel free to
call.
