Dear Glen,
A field investigation of lot 51 ofeGreenbriar Village 2nd Filing shows that the
drain pan has been constructed along the rear lot line and that it is in excellent
condition.
Because the drain pan forms an apex at lot 51, a minimal accumulation of
runoff can be expected here, (see the attached portion of the approved grading
plan). There is no definite swale shape, but the backyard does slope to the pan at
about 2.6%.
