RE: Lot 61, Greenbriar Village Second- Filing (1612 Bayberry
Circle), Fort Collins, Colorado —
Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the side swales at the above referenced address.
Based upon our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial
conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by Structured
Engineering, Inc., Job No. 9301-2ND, dated May 3, 1994.
It is also our opinion that the concrete swale to the north of the
property has not been affected by the construction of the
residence. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
Respectfully,
Clifford P. Ham, M.S.

Gentlemen:
We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 61, Greenbriar Second
Filing (1612 Bayberry Circle), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This inspection was performed on July 26, 1995.
Exposed soils indicate the use of a balanced spread footing and/or
pad and grade beam type foundation system designed in accordance
with the soils report performed by Landmark Engineering, Job No.
2TIGR-93052H-01-709/713, dated June 16, 1993. No water was
encountered to a depth of approximately two (2) feet.
Due to the anticipated depth of groundwater and/or bedrock below
footing elevations, it is our opinion that an exterior perimeter
drain is not required for this structure.
If you have any quest
