Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevations at the
lot sides and corners, top of finished floor, and the center of the
back yard. The slopes and elevations as measured are in
substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by
Structured Engineering, Inc., Job No. 9301-2ND, dated May 3, 1994.
It is also our opinion that the concrete swale on the southwest of
the property has not been affected by the construction of the
residence. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
