Dear Glen,
This letter serves as final grading certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the permit notice for this address, dated October 18,
1994. All final grading, including the swales along the sideyards of the residence, and the rear
lot line drainage swale, are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original grading and
drainage design according to the Utility Plans for A Replat of Lots 8 Thru 29, Granada
Heights P.U.D. by Stewart and Associates; Stewart and Associates Project No: 1726; Director
of Engineering approval date 07/02/92.
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion
of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which
this site is a part. This is for reference only.
