The flow line and top of slope of the existing drainage channel along the West lime of Lot 6 is shown on the plan. The floor elevation and lowest opening of the unit is also shown. The lowest opening of the building is the bottom of the window of the lower level. The grading of the lot and the building elevation is in substantial compliance with the approved grading and drainage plan dated March 28, 1996.
