Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Basil, Please find enclosed the red lined "As Built" grading and drainage certificate for the four unit townhomes on Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20,,gGlenmoor_P U.D-.) The lots slope from North to South to Glenmoor Drive. The concrete pans on both sides of the building have been completed. The chase for the pan between lots 16 and 17 at the Glenmoor Drive sidewalk has also been completed. The 15 inch diameter storm drain between Lots 16 and 17 is existing and the curb inlet at the street flow line is also existing. The concrete pan along the East line of Lot 20 has also been completed. A chase was constructed under the sidewalk which enters the Moore School playground rather than under the Glenmoor Drive sidewalk. The chase discharges into the Glenmoor Drive P.U.D. drainage swale along the North line of Lot 8, Glenmoor Drive P.U.D. The drainage facilities and the grading of the lots were completed in substantial compliance with the approved Grading and Drainage Plan for Glenmoor P.U.D. dated November 22, 1993. There is no on site detention required on these lots. Blue Water Construction is the contractor on these units. If you have any questions regarding this certificate please call. Sincerely, Richard A.
