Please find enclosed the red lined "As Built" grading and drainage certificate for the four unit
townhomes on Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Glenmoor P.U.D.
The lots slope from North to South to Gleumoor Drive. The concrete pans on both sides of
the building have been completed. The chase for both pans at the Glenmoor Drive sidewalk are
also completed. The 15 inch diameter storm drain between Lots 16 and 17 is existing and the
curb inlet at the street flow line is also existing.
The drainage facilities and the grading of the lots were completed in substantial compliance
with the approved Grading and Drainage Plan for Glenmoor P.U.D. dated November 22, 1993.
There is no on site detention required on these lots.
Terrel Custom Homes is the contractor on these units. If you have any questions regarding
this certificate please call.
