Dear Basil:
This is my estimate for the cost of the concrete pans on either side of the four unit
townhouses on Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, G� _ len n or P.U.D.? Fort Collins, Colorado. The contractor is
needing certificates of occupancy for the four units. However, he cannot construct the drain pans
until the buildings on both sides are more nearly completed. He therefore will escrow for the
construction costs.
