Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Basil: I have surveyed the as -built elevations of the gutters and storm drain facilities at Glenmoor P.U.D.. The as -built elevations are shown in red on the attached print of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan. The drainage and erosion control facilities which have been installed are as follows: 1. The curb and gutter is installed. 2. The two 4 foot inlet catch basins are constructed. 3. The 15 inch and 18 inch RCP storm drain pipes have been installed, and the two manholes on the pipeline are constructed. 4. The drain swales and ditches located south of Glenmoor Drive are graded, and although the grading is rough, the swales will serve the purpose of carrying runoff flows. Future fine grading and landscaping will be done on these channels. 5. A silt fence is installed along the south line of Glenmoor Drive. 6. A straw bale barrier has been placed in the drain channel south of Glenmoor Drive, but the bales were not staked down. The 2 foot wide concrete pans located between the buildings and north of Glenmoor Drive have not been constructed. These pans and the swales in which they are located cannot be constructed until the building foundations are installed and the grading in the narrow space between the buildings in completed. The gravel catch basin inlet filters are not installed, but shall be done as soon as the paving is completed. At this time there is only roadbase installed, and runoff cannot get up into the gutters. , James H. Stewart and Associates, Inc. C- ( S 103 S. Meldrum Street P.O. Box 429 Ft.
