RE: Lots 1 and 2, Garth Commercial Plaza
On the 30th day of May, 1997, we surveyed the existing drainage facilities for the New
Ramada Suits on.Lots 1 "2-ditherGartli CommerciaLPlaza. The elevations from the survey
are shown on the print of 4 of 7 of the utility drawings and included herein.
All storm drain lines and inlets are in place. The two foot pan to allow water to enter the site
from Mason Street is not in as per the granted variance by your department. I retraced the
finished contours in the detention ponds and recalculated the "As Built" volumes and found them
to comply with the required volumes.
