elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
Performed on March 20, 2008, accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they
existed on the date Of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):
The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City
approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached).
