Survey Plan were devoloped from a survey performed on the referenced property on April 21,
2005, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. To the best of
my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot
and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relative oiovations as depirted may
change subsequent to the dates of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil,
