GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 8, Swift Addition to Fossil Lake P.U.D., 3644 Wild View Drive
This is to verify that on December 6, 2004 the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 8 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
