Thus is fo verify that on October 27; 2004 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
= building floors -and -lowest -openings (top -of window wells)-ofthe- newly constructed residence'on
Lot 3 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
