Re: Lot 9, Block 5, Bella Vira Subdivision
Certification of Lot Grading
A few of the elevations deviates from the elevations shown on the City approved Final Grading
Plan for Bella Vira. The westerly front property corner elevation is approximately 0.3 feet higher
and the easterly rear property corner is approximately 0.5 feet higher than those shown on the
Final Grading Plan. However, the elevations and slopes for Lot 9, Block 5, Bella Vira Subdivision
are in conformance with the City of Fort Collins lot grading criteria and the drainage patterns are
in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan for Bella Vira. Therefore, it is
our professional opinion that the elevation deviations will still allow for stormwater drainage to
generally be consistent with the City approved Final.
