To the best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relative elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other factors.
