Gentlemen:
I hereby state that the elevations and drainage Pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed from surveys performed on the referenced property on October 27,
2004 and May 6, 2005, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on these
dates. To the best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading Is in compliance with the approved
grading plan for this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relative
elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the dates of the surveys, due to the
subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or
water or other factors. Thereruree, this survey may not accurately depict the elevations and
drainage pattern of the referenced property dates of the surveys.
Dates of Surveys
The elevations and drainage pattern shown on the attached Plan are the Professional
Engineers findings of the finished ground around your residence on the dates shown above.
You, the homeowner must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water
away from your house. The builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused
as a result of changes made in the finished grades.
In addition, it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence
provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in
the flnlsht3d drainage grades. Therefore, it Is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
by the Builder and stated by the Engineer.
