I hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed fmm a survey performed on the reforonccd property on ,June 3,
2005, and accurately and truly depict the olevations as they existed on this date, To the best of
my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot
and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plates. The rel7ativc rilovatlons as depicted may
change subsequent to the dates of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil,
addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other factors. Therefore,
lhia survey may not accurately depict the Ions and drainage pattern of the referenced
property after the dates of the survey. 44

Engineer's findings of the finished ground around your residence on the dates shown above.
You, the homeowner must maintain these eleva(iuris and grades to properly drain the water
away from your house. The builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused
as a result of changes made In the finished grades.

In addition, it Is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence
proviifed by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in
the finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
by the Builder and stated by the Engineer.
