This is to verify that on January 15, 2004 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 19
were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
