GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 17, Block 6, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3420 Shallow Pond Drive
This is to verify that on January 16, 2003 the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 17 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
