GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 15, Block 7, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3415 Copper Spring Drive
This is to verify that on September 18, 2003 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 15 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
