GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 14, Block 1, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 5727 Falling Water Drive
This is to verify that on December 3, 2002 the "AS -BUILT" elevation of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 14 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
