signing this certification the engineer attests that to the best of his (her) knowledge the surveyed grading as
shown in the enclosed certification is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot and
subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans.
Failure to disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification and could cause
the withholding of the certificate of occupancy for this lot until corrective action has been taken.
