GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 11, Block 6, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3403 Green Spring Drive
This is to verify that on July 24, 2003 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot I I
were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
