To the best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading Is in compliance with tapproved grading plan for this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relative elevations as he depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other factors. In addition, it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in the finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set by the Builder and stated by the Engineer.
