GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 10, Block 11, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3520 Wild View Drive
This is to verify that on January 17, 2003 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window, wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 10 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
