I, Michael J DeDecker, a duty registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State Of
Colorado do hereby state that a survey of the finished grade of Lot 54 Block 10 of
Fossil Drake PUD First Filing was conducted on March 30, 2004 using information
taken from the drainage plan, elevations were obtained at the lot cornets, the top of
foundation, at window wells, and at spots along the property lines which determined
that although some deviations were noted the lot does have positive drainage away
from the foundation and off the lot in the directions shown on the Master Grading
Plan The results of this survey are shown on the attached drawing depicting the
existing grading which is functionally adequate for this lot and the overall
subdivision Alan.
