GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 53, Block 10, Fossil Lake P.U.D. First Filing, 3273 Rock Park Drive.
This is to certify that on September 4, 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot
53, were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage. patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
