The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the approved grading plan
approved by Larimer County Engineering on May 19, 1999. The finished floor of the residence is
4907.51 which is 1.00 feet above the finished floor shown on the grading plan, and the walkout floor
of the residence is 4897.9.
