This is to -certify that on August 25, 2000, a survey was made, under my supervision of the
"AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading, building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells)
of the newly constructed residence on Lot 36.
The surveyed grades are shown in red on the attached plot plan.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
