GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 34, Block 10, Fossil Lake P.U.D. First Filing, 3252 Sagewater Court
This is to certify that on October 3, 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot
34, were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
