GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 18, Block 10, Fossil Lake P.U.D. 1st Filing, 3338 Egret Court
This is to verify that on July 8, 2004 the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 18
were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
