This is to verify that on November 19, 2003 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest opening (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 9 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
