GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 7, Block 6, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3420 Green Spring Drive
This is to verify that on October 7, 2002, the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 7 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
