For Lot 6, Block 11, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 5808 Stonewater Drive
This is to verify that on February 10, 2004, the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 6 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan dated
May 11, 2001.
