STEWAU&ASSOCIATES . - Consulting Engineers and Surveyors July 14, 2003 GRADING CERTIFICATION This is to verify that on June 20, 2003 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 5, Block 5, Fossil Lake P.U.D.
