Survey Plan were developed from survAys performed on the rererenoW property on April and
14, 2003, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on these dates. To the
best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading Is In compliance with the approved grading plan for
this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relative elevations as
depicted may change subsequent to the dates of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval
of soil, addition or removal of soils by act man, erosion by wind or water or other f*ctorc,

Engineer's findings of the finished ground around your residence on the dates shown above.
YOU, the homcowner must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water
away from your house, The builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused
as a result of changes made in the flnlehed grades.
In addition, It is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence
provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in
the finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
by thw Builder and stated by the Engineer.
